- I coached Defence at the University of Greenwich American Football team which is a team of 30 people and turned a failing program into a program where we got to the Playoff Finals and lost - so bittersweet
- Held an advisory role at The Careers & Enterprise Company which aims to prepare and inspire young people for the fast-changing world of work- Set up a social enterprise focused on providing opportunities to 18-24-year-olds from socio-economically challenged backgrounds, patterning with EY & the Portuguese Government- Managing & executed projects to promote youth engagement in local communities & diversity & inclusion
